Description of Pump Base
Base is a pump part made of grey iron,ductile iron or carbon steel that support the pump bearing cartridge (005) and also connect the frame plate(032).
For horizontal slurry pump,the "pump base" and "bearing cartridge" composed of the "Pump Frame". Frame type include basic A to H. Modified frame CC to GG.Heady duty frames N to V. For each pump may have more than one frame options difference from the frame bearing power. Such as 8/6E-AH and 8/6EE-AH pump. 8/6 intake and discharge diamater (inch), "E" and "EE" frame type.
"E" type frame absorbed max shaft power 120KW and "F" 225KW.
Pump base part number conprise of pump frame type,pump basic part number and material code. For example T003MD21. T+003M+D21
