Slurry Pump Part - Rubber Impeller

Molded elastomer type interchangeable with hard metal impeller.
The contour of the trailing edge of the impeller vanes, in conjunction with front and back side sealing vanes, and the volute design work to minimize recirculation and reduce the stuffing box pressure. Reduced stuffing box pressure prolongs life of shaft sleeve and gland packings.
A three piece segmented release collar provides a positive means for easy removal of large impellers (“F” bearings frames and larger).
Impeller clearance adjustment is done externally by loosening two hold-down bolts on the bearing housing and then adjusting two locator nuts.
Abrasion&corrosion resistant natrual rubber or synthetic elastomers.
